Located 30 km from Le Mans, Bouloire is a small town in Sarthe, nestled in the heart of a vast agricultural region crossed by the Dué and the Tortue.
Discover the rich heritage of the village with its castle (listed as national heritage site in France), a remnant of a 11th century fortress with a drawbridge, ramparts and a keep. Do not miss the Romanesque church of Saint-Georges, partially destroyed by fire in1680, the wash-house, the chapel of Saint-Sébastien… The 16 km loop « Les quatres vents » enables you to observe the castle and the wetland behind it.
For motorsport enthusiasts, the rallycross circuit in Lavaré and the arting circuit in Soulitré are about fifteen kilometres away from the campsite. The 24 Hours of Le Mans racing track and its museum are also easily accessible from Bouloire.
To get immersed in nature, let yourself be tempted by a walk in the Vibraye forest, 20 km away. Find there 6 hiking, mountain biking and horse riding trails allowing you to fully appreciate the Sarthe landscapes.
