There are 2 options:

Go to one of our areas and contact the Customer Service. One of our customer advisers will deliver you a new card linked to your existing account.
We can also send the card to your home address following your request via the contact form.

HOW TO ENTER THE NETWORK AREAS?

Once you have your access card, you are free to enter all areas of the network.

To open the gate, simply place your card on the keypad of the first terminal before the gate.

Your account will be debited when you check out. If you have booked a pitch, you can enter and leave the area as many times as you like, and there will always be a place available when you return. Without a reservation, leaving the area is considered definitive. Check your balance on your personal account at any time. Top up your account online via your personal account, or on the payment terminal at the entrance to the area.

Create your account in a few clicks from our website or mobile app. Register your contact details and choose your password. You can then access your personal account from the website or mobile app!

If you already have an access card, a personal account has already been created for you. If you don't know your password, you can reset it by selecting “I forgot my password”.

Use the contact form to send us your request for closure, enclosing your bank details for reimbursement of your customer account balance.

Once we have received your request, we will close your account and deactivate your access card.

If you want to book a pitch, you need to activate the PACK'PRIVILÈGES subscription, which costs 29€/year. Valid for one year from the date of purchase, the PACK'PRIVILÈGES allows you to book a pitch, benefit from cancellation insurance and take advantage of special offers.

Once you are a customer of the network, your access card and personal access code allow you to open the barriers and stay at all our areas with complete autonomy. Payment for stays is quick and secure via your customer account on the app.

A CAMPING-CAR PARK stopover area is a secure space for motorhomes and self-contained vans, offering parking and services 24/7: waste disposal, water, electricity, waste sorting, and WiFi. Some areas also have sanitary facilities and video surveillance.

The CAMPING de mon Village

The CAMPING de mon Village is a former municipal campsite open year-round to motorhomes and self-contained vans, as well as non-self-contained vehicles (vans, caravans, tents) when the sanitary facilities are open (you can find the opening dates for sanitary facilities on the app). This solution allows local authorities to welcome touring tourists all year long.

River stop

A fluvial stopover is a facility on the bank of a canal or river that allows boats to dock. FLUVIA PARK river stops are located next to a CAMPING-CAR PARK area or a CAMPING de mon Village.

Allowed vehicles: Motorhomes, vans, self-contained campervans, and boats.
Area for cycling tourists

VÉLO PARK areas are dedicated spaces next to a CAMPING-CAR PARK area. These sites allow cycling tourists to take a break and use services such as showers, toilets, electric charging, and bike storage.

How to access and stay in our areas?

Download the CAMPING-CAR PARK app to access the areas 24/7, 365 days a year. Once you have downloaded the app, you can enter any area in the network, depending on availability.
Do you want to access an area without a booking?

From the app, click on “Enter now”: your personal access code will be displayed. Enter it on the keypad to enter the area and start your stay without a reservation.

This access code also allows you to use the connected service terminals.

Please note: If you leave the area, you are not guaranteed to find a pitch upon your return, as you don’t have a reservation! We recommend booking if you plan to leave and return to the area to secure your pitch.

Payment for the stay is made upon exit: we deduct the stay amount from your available balance. Remember to top up your balance via the app to facilitate your departure.

Have you made a booking? You can find your access code on the homepage of the app. Enter your code on the keypad to enter the area and start your stay. This access code also allows you to use the connected service terminals.

Types of stays

Services only: Take a break during your trip to recharge your vehicle’s battery, empty waste, or refill your water tanks. Up to 5 hours in the area = €6.
Like check-in (stay without reservation): Arrive at the area without having pre-booked your stay. If there are pitches available, enter your personal access code to open the barrier and start a 24-hour stay.

Payment for stays (per 24-hour period) is made upon exit. It is fast and secure via your customer account on the app. Once you leave the area, the stay amount is deducted from your customer account.

Please note: If you leave the area, you are not guaranteed to find a spot upon your return, as you do not have a reservation! We recommend booking if you plan to leave and return to the area to secure your spot.
Reservation: With the PACK’PRIVILEGES subscription, you can book your stay up to 6 months in advance and until the last minute, depending on availability (even in high season).

Booking your pitch allows you to enter and leave the site with your vehicle as many times as you like, as a pitch will always be available for you. Only customers who have subscribed to the PACK’PRIVILEGES (€29/year) can make reservations.

Opening hours and pricing

The DIGITAL PASS - LIFETIME ACCESS to the CAMPING-CAR PARK network costs €5.
A stay of less than 5 hours at any area (ex. exceptions) = €6.
The pricing for stays longer than 5 hours (per 24-hour period) depends on several criteria: the location, the services available on-site (electricity, water, waste disposal, etc.), the time of year, and the pricing policy of our partners (municipalities or private partners). Some prices may vary depending on the season or local events. To find out the current rates for each area, visit our website or the CAMPING-CAR PARK mobile app.
Tourist tax is a local tax set by each municipality and applied to overnight stays in its territory. The amount varies depending on the destination and type of accommodation. On CAMPING-CAR PARK areas, this tax is automatically collected when paying for the stay and fully transferred to the relevant municipality.
The PACK’PRIVILÈGES is a flexible, annual subscription that offers exclusive benefits, including discounts on select areas and the ability to book pitches in advance. Priced at €29 per year, it renews automatically but can be canceled at any time, free of charge.

How can I check how much time I have left on the stopover area?

How can I extend my stay?

If there are pitches available at the end of your initial stay, your stay is automatically extended for 24 hours if you do not leave the area. However, we recommend securing your pitch with a reservation.

If the area is full and you have been informed that you must vacate your pitch, please make sure to leave. Otherwise, additional fees will apply.

If the area follows "parking" regulations: Setting up outdoor furniture (table, chairs, awning, etc.) is not allowed to maintain the primary parking function.
If the area follows "camping" regulations: You are generally allowed to set up outdoor furniture, as long as it does not exceed your pitch and remains respectful of other users. However, we recommend checking the local regulations displayed on-site or on the app.

✔️ Length and equipment: Vehicles and trailers over 9m in total length may have restrictions or designated zones. A "Trailer" filter is available in the app to help you find suitable areas.

✔️ Parking: Make sure you have enough space to park both your motorhome and trailer without obstructing other vehicles within your pitch.

Search for a stopover area where you want to stay using the search function by destination, route, or by browsing the map of areas.
Select the area you are interested in.
Choose your stay dates – you can book up to 6 months in advance.

🔒 Booking with the PACK’PRIVILEGES

The PACK’PRIVILEGES is required to make a reservation.
If you are not yet subscribed, you can sign up for the PACK’PRIVILEGES for €29 per year.
Your pitch remains booked for the entire duration of your stay, even if you temporarily leave the area.

To easily find suitable stopover areas, use the “Camping de mon Village” filter in the app. On the interactive map, these areas are highlighted in orange.

Is a reservation mandatory?

Yes, if you are traveling with a caravan or a car and a tent, a reservation is required. This ensures that your pitch remains available for the entire duration of your stay.

Without a reservation, if you leave the stopover area with your vehicle, your pitch will automatically be released in the system. In this case, you may lose your place if another vehicle occupies it before you return.

How to close my account?

If you want to close your account, please send us your PASS'ÉTAPES card by postal mail as well as a bank details so that we can refund you the balance thereof, to the following address:

We apply a closing charge of 12€ and the price of the card at the current rate in case of non-return of the card.

If you have lost your card, be aware that a 10€ non-return fee will be charged on the remaining balance in your account.
