Tourism / Discovery
This stopover is close to several amazing attractions!
Aramon is mid-way between Avignon and Beaucaire. It's castle was built on a rocky spur, and the town sits around it, lending it center stage. Visit the village and discover all of its secrets! In the old center, you will see Saint Pancras Church, the XVth to XVIIIth Century townhouses, the castle which belonged to Diane de Poitiers, and its 7 hectare park. You can see more around the area, if you walk along the Saint-James Way and GR 42 footpaths. There are hiking options and dry stone walls galore. The walk along the old banks of the Rhône is great for younger hikers.
