Tourism / Discovery
Welcome to Riscle, less than 1 hour's drive from Mont-de-Marsan, Pau and Tarbes, in the heart of the Val d'Adour. This green holiday resort is a tribute to pastoral tourism!
All shops are available in the town (restaurants, banks, supermarket...), which is also home to the unique Gers suspended bridge, which was built in 1932 (200 m from the site). Gastronomy is important in Riscle. Discover floc, goose or duck foie gras made using traditional methods... Dishes accompanied by Madiran wine from the Côtes de Saint Mont or Pacherenc.
Wander along the canal past the two wash houses to enjoy Riscle's greener side. Other walks will take you to a nature reserve with some beautiful panorama views: From Riscle bridge to Tarsac Bridge (5 km) ; "From wash houses to streets via the steel beams" (6 km).
Stopover in Riscle for a taste of the good life, sunshine, and open air hospitality!
