Description
Stay in nature and discover the charms of this little fishing village!
Piches in the heart of the Somme Bay, at the entrance to Tarteron campsite
Tourism / Discovery
The small fishig village of Le Crotoy is an emblematic seaside resort in the Bay of the Somme.
Fishermen's houses and holiday homes are mixed together. The sandy beach is the only South facing beach in the North!
Jules Verne, Guerlain, and Colette all lived here, and were inspired by the stunning light around the Bay.
The main market takes place every Friday morning, on Jeanne d'Arc Square and along the Courbet Quayside. The Fish Hall takes place on Saturday mornings : fishermen sell their catch directly on little stalls opposite the fishing port.
