Saint-Goazec is a small village of less than 1000 inhabitants in the Finistère countryside, where heritage has a major place. The Trévarez castle, essential to your visit, was built between 1893 and 1907. While the site is today labeled “Patrimoine du XXème siècle” (Heritage of the XXth Century), the park is labeled "Jardins remarquables" (Remarkable Gardens of France). The castle accompanying this exceptional domain is nicknamed the "pink castle", due to its construction based on pink bricks. Its architecture is based on the key words: luxury and modernity. The Kervoazec castle, which has now turned into a luxury hotel, is also an important monument in the history of Saint-Goazec. The "Hent an Dour Red" botanical trail passes right by the area, but you can explore the surroundings by other routes.
