Take in the splendid panorama of Lac de Coiselet, where you'll find plenty of activities on offer. Then set off for the remains of the 13th-century Château d'Oliferne, 807 m above sea level, at the summit of the “Pic d'Oliferne”, and enjoy this incomparable viewpoint.
If you feel like it, visit the Gothic masterpiece of the Royal Monastery of Brou in Bourg en Bresse, around 35 km away!

Welcome to Arinthod, land of lakes and mountains!
Start by exploring the village center, with its chapel and fountain dating from 1750.
Continue your visit to the mysterious Enon stone, located between the hamlets of Vogna and Néglia, a few km away.
Then take the path to the grotte du “caborne” du bœuf (1.5 km), which leaves from the church of Saint-Hymetière, for a beautiful walk overlooking the Valouse gorges.

Enter the land of lakes and mountains, and visit Gigny Abbey, a remarkable Romanesque monument founded around 890.
Looking for a nice walk or hike? You can go to the Fays belvedere, starting from the abbey.
Then discover the source of the Suran river at Loisia, 10km away, and its statue of the goddess Epona, discovered in 1860.
And for a panoramic view of the Haut Jura and the Suran valley, head for the hamlet of Bois-du-Ban, 3km away!
Fancy a little absinthe to finish the tour? It's at the distillery de la belle plante! (open from June to September).

From April to December, the Caborde wine-growing and cultural area welcomes you to its 5,000 m2 picnic area. Exhibitions, events and screenings are offered on four levels.

- Saint-Amour and its hidden History treasures,
- Orgelet (approx. 30km), with its church, the house of the french cheese "La vache qui rit", and its a wide choice of leisure activity
- Louhans (20km away), with its poultry market every Monday morning, where 250 stallholders sell their wares, and its apothecary.
