Cette première étape prend place au nord de la Gironde. Situé au bord de la rivière l’Isle, Saint Médard de Guizière offre un cadre paisible propice à la détente.
A faire :
- Pêcher au bord de l’Isle pour un moment de détente nature.
- Partir à la rencontre de la famille Borderie et de son vignoble.
- Visiter le Moulin de Porchères, une minoterie située dans un espace naturel labellisé Natura 2000 et Réserve Man et Biosphère par l’UNESCO.
- Pagayer sur l’Isle en canoë kayak à Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle, les plus sportifs pourront s’y rendre à vélo depuis le Camping de mon Village de Saint Médard de Guizières.

Located in the Grand Saint-Emilionnais region, Lussac has a few hidden treasures among the vines. The village takes its name from the Gallo-Roman villa of Luccius, the remains of which can still be seen today at the heart of a vineyard estate.
What to do:
- Taste the Lussac-Saint-Emilion red wine produced in the commune, a satellite wine of the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
- Discover the Gallic megalith of the Picampeau mound, also known as the Pierre-des-martyrs.
- Pedal along the “Churches and castles in Lussacais” cycling trail, a 30km ride lasting around 3 hours.
- Visit the Maison du Vin et du Tourisme, once a town hall, police station, court house, school and theater.
