Acquisition and Usage
Get your access card at one of our payment terminals at the entrance to our areas, or online via our website or mobile app.
There are 2 options:
Go to one of our areas and contact the Customer Service. One of our customer advisers will deliver you a new card linked to your existing account.
We can also send the card to your home address following your request via the contact form.
Once you have your access card, you are free to enter all areas of the network.
To open the gate, simply place your card on the keypad of the first terminal before the gate.
Your account will be debited when you check out. If you have booked a pitch, you can enter and leave the area as many times as you like, and there will always be a place available when you return. Without a reservation, leaving the area is considered definitive. Check your balance on your personal account at any time. Top up your account online via your personal account, or on the payment terminal at the entrance to the area.
