Good site for visiting Saumur, a nice 20 minute walk along the river to the town, A little cold in November but sunny, would come back in the summer

Aire de camping agréable, tranquille et bien située pour se rendre au centre de Saumur en 15 mn à pied, le long de la Loire. Emplacements nécessitant un aménagement et le site a besoin de "fraîcheur" et d'entretien. WC à proximité, un plus, pour le +. Camping car Park peut mieux faire!

Très bien placé, pas loin du centre et du château, par contre beaucoup de succès et difficile de trouver une place en saison.

Nuit à Saumur
Parking très bien et au calme et au pied du château 😉. Nous étions à pied et avons mis 15 minutes pour aller au château.

Tres bien situé
Aire de CC bien situé à 500 m du centre de Saumur entouré de la Loire . Terrain plat ombragé. Le seul bémol: idéal quand on ne peut pas manger dehors mais l été emplacement trop petit pour le camping-car et un haut vent . A faire l automne et au début du printemps Nous reviendrons

On the negative side Poor sign posting as we tried to enter the exit, some pitches were on the muddy side, Ok as a stop over and functional services, despite it’s good location the AIRE lacked some soul; we stayed two nights, I would come again just to visit the Local Reasturant 9 minutes walk away absolutely excellent.

Fab site .no frills but it's beside a great city.public toilet few yards away.lively spot in season nice and quiet off season.will be back
