Good stopover
I normally use this site when I first arrive in France, but I have stayed longer and got the train into Versailles & Paris.

Aire in an industrial estate???
OK for a late stopover but not sure you would have an aire in the middle of an industrial estate with a train line running close and the vehicle noise from nearby road

Ok for one or two nights
Slightly difficult to find if you haven't been before, it's a narrow entrance next to parking for a factory. Seemed level enough. It backs onto a railway line, but they didn't disturb us probably because the railway line was much lower down, below the level of the parking . Nice big spaces, and very quiet at night. Would stop again if passing nearby.

Dire Trading Estate
This place has the facilities! The surface is tarmac divided into spaces with wooden sleepers. End of good points! The CCP is positioned on an out of town trading estate, behind the bus depot. The bourne is awkward to use, and you need big ramps. You could do better parking on the trading estate, if you dont need the facilities.

Aire un peu difficile à trouver il n'y a que 2 petits panneaux indiquant vidage pour camping car mais très bien

Great stop over as just of main road N12 so don’t have to go out way when staying
