ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION OF THE SPECIAL OFFER

The company CAMPING-CAR PARK, a simplified joint-stock company whose trade name is CAMPING-CAR PARK, registered with the RCS of Saint Nazaire under the number 530 966 233 000 47, with its head office at 3, rue Docteur Ange Guépin, 44210 Pornic (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizing Company"), is organizing a special offer for its customers entitled "500 areas opened, let's celebrate!" (hereinafter referred to as "the offer").

This offer will be exclusively available at the areas of the CAMPING-CAR PARK network, listed on its website at the following address: https://www.campingcarpark.com/en_GB/

 

ARTICLE 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The offer is reserved for customers who have stayed at least 3 nights at the areas and campsites of the CAMPING-CAR PARK network between August 1, 2024 (00:01) and September 30, 2024 (23:59).

Two periods are distinguished:

  • A collection period
  • A usage period

This offer is open to all customers of the CAMPING-CAR PARK network. There are no residence location restrictions.

 

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF THE OFFER

To access the offer, it is essential to have a customer account with CAMPING-CAR PARK and to have accumulated at least 3 nights on the network's areas between August 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024.

Eligible customers will be offered a certain number of free nights (see table above), to be used between October 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025. The free offered stays must be booked* starting from October 1, 2024.

Customers eligible for the special offer will be informed by email starting October 1, 2024, via the address linked to their customer account, of the number of free nights they are entitled to by the organizing company. They can then make the reservation(s) of their choice for an amount of €0, via their customer account on the CAMPING-CAR PARK website or application.

These free stays are limited to a maximum of 7 nights, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and expire at the end of the period (31/03/2025).

 

The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any necessary verifications regarding the customer's identity. Any false declaration automatically leads to the cancellation of the offer.

 

*This offer is available to all our customers, whether they hold the Privilege Pack or not, excluding group reservations or long stays. The offer is limited to the first 100,000 bookings starting from 10/01/24.

 

ARTICLE 4: ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION

Participation in this offer implies full and complete acceptance of this regulation.

 

ARTICLE 5: PERSONAL DATA

The information collected on participants of the offer is processed in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data.

The personal data collected is exclusively intended for the Organizing Company within the framework of the offer and will not be used for other purposes, except with the express consent of the customers.
