Why showing the "Pass'Étapes" for electricity and water?
On the parkings you pay an all in price. I am wondering why at some parkings you have to show the pass if you want electricity and / or fresh water? If you should have to pay extra, then I understand it. But if not, what is the reason of showing the pass? The wifi at the area of Brassac-les-Mines is exceptional.

Aire très agréable au bord de l’alagnon,parc juste à côté de l’air pour pouvoir promener les animaux de compagnies,emplacement délimités et surtout très calme.

Sehr schöner Ruhiger Stellplatz, Campingplatz ist zumindest jetzt geschlossen aber V/E ist alles da. Gerne wieder.

Nightmare in Brassac les Mines
1 star for the location we fled at 4.30am due to loud music, shouting, car horns blasting,breaking glass and 3 large waste bins being overturned across the exit from 3am onwards. felt very threatened will not be coming back . Do not stop if you are the only motorhome

Joli spot
Camping désaffecté avec infrastructure à l'abandon. Toutefois quelques places assez bien pensées et où l'on n'est pas les uns sur les autres. Endroit en pleine nature au bord de l'Allier. Nuit très calme, pas un bruit. Très agréable. Grand espace vert clôturé, parfait pour des enfants. Quelques promeneurs aux alentours dès le matin mais pas dérangeant.

Had to change pitches to find a working electric point. Woken up about 0400 when the refuse collection lorry came. If you stop on a Monday night don't park near the entrance which is where the bins are located. We were there in the snow so probably a nice spot in the summer.
